Chef Phani started off with his career he felt the need for a professional qualification in Hotel Management, that is when he joined the Culinary Academy of Indian Hyderabad & Applied Craft Certificate Course in Food Production in the year 2006. He started training at Taj Sats Air Catering New Delhi as a Trainee Chef, on successful completion of his one-and-a-half-year diploma. Soon he started making his mark in the culinary circles of India & Abroad such as Bakers Fantasy Private Limited in the Maldives, Best Western Group Malaysia and Came Back to India and work at Atria Hotel Bangalore, Indian Paratha Company Bangalore, and also worked for Andhra Pradesh Government at Department of Protocol as Food & Beverage Manager.
